Today we would like to talk to you openly and honestly about a topic that has kept us very busy over the last year - the handlebar display on our mougg bikes.

Unfortunately, an unusually high number of bikes experienced problems with the display. This has affected many of you - and we know how frustrating this has been. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience this caused you.

Please believe us: we have not forgotten anyone and have not ignored any concerns. Quite the opposite - we took every piece of feedback very seriously and searched intensively for the cause. It was a long road, but we found the problem and solved it.

From now on, our bikes will be equipped with an optimized system so that this problem will no longer occur in the future.
