You can order your MOUGG from us without worrying about the quality. As you order online and cannot test the MOUGG beforehand, we offer you a 30-day right of return. During this time, you can test and test ride your MOUGG at your leisure. If it does not meet your expectations afterwards, simply send it back to us within 30 days.
If you still want to return your MOUGG after testing and test riding, we offer you the following uncomplicated return options:

100 % free personal return
You can also return your MOUGG to us in person. Make sure it is transported safely so that no transport damage occurs. If your MOUGG is in perfect condition when you return it, we will of course refund the full purchase price.
Return in original shipping carton
The second option for you is to return the undamaged MOUGG in the original shipping carton.
As the buyer, you are responsible for ensuring that the bike is properly and safely packed for shipping, ideally in the same way as you received it. The carrier will contact you to arrange a collection date. Please note that the shipping costs must be borne by you as the buyer.
The original shipping carton can be ordered from us
If the original shipping box is no longer available, it can be sent to you by a forwarding agent. The cost of the original shipping box is a flat rate of 90.00 euros including shipping costs. After you receive a new shipping box from us, you can pack the MOUGG at your leisure and: arrange the date for the collection order with us in this case.
Low excess in the event of recognizable damage to the MOUGG
We are pleased to be able to offer you our e-bike for a test ride. We would like to point out that the bike is intended exclusively for test rides and cannot be borrowed for everyday use.
We understand that you would like to try out the bike, but we want to ensure that it remains in good condition and available for future customers. Please note that charges may apply for excessive use or wear and tear of the bike (over 50km mileage) and charges will be applied for damage.
Any recognizable damage will be repaired and invoiced directly by us after your return. Your purchase price, minus any damage, will be refunded within 14 days.
