Shipping costs

Shipping of your MOUGG is free of charge within Germany (delivery to kerbside). For deliveries to other countries, there is an additional shipping fee of 49 euros.

Your MOUGG will be sent as bulky goods by a forwarding agent. The driver will contact you by phone or text message before delivery to agree a suitable delivery time with you.

Shipping partner

Shipping within Germany is carried out by UPS, DHL, Deutsche Post or a forwarding agent.

Delivery area

We currently deliver to Germany, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Austria, France, Greece, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Sweden, Switzerland and Spain.

Delivery time

We will send you a message as soon as we have dispatched an order. You can then track the progress of the shipment. The delivery time varies depending on the item group. E-bikes are delivered to you free curbside by a forwarding agent. The delivery time is usually 2-5 working days. In the case of shipping by a forwarding agent, the forwarding agent will contact you to arrange a delivery date.

Should the schedule change for any reason, we will of course inform you proactively by e-mail.

All other article groups

All other items are delivered to you by UPS, DHL or Deutsche Post. The delivery time is usually 2-4 working days.
