(as of 22.09.2023) Orders placed from September 2023 onwards may be subject to assembly and delivery delays until April 2024 due to delays in parts deliveries, some of which are known to be worldwide. We ask and thank you for your understanding.

Shipping costsShipping (delivery free kerbside) of the MOUGG within Germany is free of charge, while deliveries to other countries incur an additional charge of 49 euros. Your MOUGG e-bike will be delivered as bulky goods by a forwarding agent. Dthe delivery driver will contact you by phone before delivery to agree a delivery time with you.
Shipping partnerShipping within Germany is carried out by UPS, DHL, Deutsche Post or a forwarding agent.
Delivery areaWe currently ship to Germany, Austria, France and into the Switzerland.
Delivery timeWe will normally inform you by email of the estimated latest delivery time at the time of your order.
If the timeline changes for any reason, we will proactively notify you by email.
Once your MOUGG is ready to ship, we will update the tracking number and link directly on your personal order page on our website.
All other items are delivered to you by UPS, DHL or Deutsche Post. The delivery time is usually 2-4 working days.
