What guarantee does MOUGG offer?

We at MOUGG give a 5-year warranty on the bicycle frame. We have summarized the warranty of individual components for you in the following table:

  • In the following text, we briefly explain the general difference
between warranty and guarantee, as this is often confused.
In principle, we grant the statutory
warranty of 2 years from the date of sale on all items. The seller/dealer is responsible for the warranty. They are also responsible for processing the warranty.

The warranty is a voluntary service provided by the manufacturer.

    • Proof of compliance with the inspection intervals defined in the operating instructions

    Repairs and spare parts

If your MOUGG requires repair, you can take it to any bike workshop of your choice for repair. However, in order to initiate the repair or replacement of parts, it is necessary that you contact us in advance by e-mail to obtain authorization for the repair costs incurred. We will then, upon our approval, provide you with the necessary spare parts.

Please note that we will only cover the cost of spare parts that have been pre-approved by us. Replacement parts or repairs carried out or purchased without our approval are not covered by the warranty and the cost of these must be borne by you. Once the repair has been completed, we ask that you return the replaced old parts to us for our review.

The main steps for warranty repair and parts service are as follows:

    • Contact us by e-mail before having any parts repaired or replaced.
    • Wait for our approval before proceeding.
    • Return the replaced old parts to us once the repair has been completed.

For further questions or to initiate a repair or spare parts process, please contact our MOUGG Customer Center with your original invoice.
