Return shipment
We're sure you'll be 100% thrilled with your MOUGG as soon as you open the box. So ride it on your favorite route, cycle to the office and test it out in the city.
If, contrary to expectations, you are not convinced, you can return your MOUGG to us* up to 30 days after receipt.
It is therefore important that you keep the original box until the return period has expired.
*Take good care of your MOUGG on all test rides. It must be clean and undamaged. Please understand that we cannot refund the full purchase price for a damaged MOUGG e-bike with signs of use after you have returned it.

Please enclose a copy of the invoice with the return - this will make it easier for us to assign and process the return.
Please keep the shipping carton so that you have it to hand in the event of subsequent transportation or return of the goods (e.g. in the event of a complaint) and can return the goods in the shipping carton. However, the above-mentioned modalities are not a prerequisite for an effective exercise of the right of withdrawal or the assertion of your warranty rights.
Please note that if you exercise your right of withdrawal, you will have to bear the costs for the return shipment. You can find more details in the withdrawal policy.
