Your tasks include:
- Delivery of e-bikes to customers throughout Germany
- Carrying out inspections and repairs directly at the customer's premises
- Work closely with the customer service team to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Occasional participation in training courses and workshops to expand your skills
What you should bring with you:
- Technical understanding and manual skills
- Customer-oriented attitude and communication skills
- Flexibility and willingness to travel regularly
